The Blueprint encompasses a 2-day split of high effort strength, power and metabolic training in addition to 2 days of recovery training designed to improve resilience, body awareness and nervous system regulation. Based off of a Condensed Conjugate system used for top level athletes across a variety of sports, The Guerrilla Athlete is crafted to build the most metabolically adapted, durable, strong and powerful athlete possible. The goal is competition readiness all year long while building up weak points and sharpening strengths of the individual athlete. The program includes 3 days of in-person training with 2 days of programmed homework over 12 weeks to facilitate maximum performance and recovery.
