The Baseline Recovery Training program is designed to improve baseline function by eliminating pain, optimizing energy output and hardening the system to tolerate life stressors. The Blueprint Training program is designed for individuals looking to maximize both recovery and performance with a comprehensive program including both recovery training curriculum and performance training.  The Guerrilla Athlete Program is designed for athletes to reach a new level of on and off field performance. The most complete 12-week performance and recovery program to date. It is built for those committed to reshaping their life over 4 days of in-person training per week. The Blueprint encompasses a 2-day split of high effort strength, power and metabolic training in addition to 2 days of recovery training designed to improve resilience, body awareness and nervous system regulation. The Blueprint is the blueprint for life; preparing to tackle the challenges of high effort stress while staying calm and poised through it all.

The Guerrilla Athlete

Based off of a Condensed Conjugate system used for top level athletes across a variety of sports, The Guerrilla Athlete is crafted to build the most metabolically adapted, durable, strong and powerful athlete possible. The goal is competition readiness all year long while building up weak points and sharpening strengths of the individual athlete. The program includes 3 days of in-person training with 2 days of programmed homework over 12 weeks to facilitate maximum performance and recovery.

The Guerrilla Baseline

A recovery-based program designed to reset physiologic baseline. The system is designed to eliminate pain, improve stress tolerance, increase energy, focus and vitality, while elevating sensory organization and body awareness. The goal is to temper and sturdy the human system to be resilient to all things life can throw at us. Over the 12 weeks, there will be 3 sessions of in-person work with programmed homework to best get the body refreshed, revitalized and healthy.
